With holiday music playing and snow falling, winter is just around the corner. To celebrate, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is launching a seasonal Fire & Frost menu that embraces signature holiday flavors like cranberry, pomegranate, pecans and chocolate.

The winter-themed menu features: the Spinach Pecan Salad with fresh spinach, topped with house-made candied pecans, dried cherries, red onions, goat cheese and Grimaldi’s house dressing; Chicken Alla Vodka Pizza, a rich house made tomato cream sauce topped with chicken, onions, mozzarella and fresh basil; and for a sweet treat to end any meal, Chocolate Cannoli featuring fried pastry shells dipped in chocolate and filled with sweet ricotta cheese, chocolate chips and finished with powdered sugar with more chocolate chips; and Reeses’s® Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake made with creamy vanilla cheesecake with chunks of Reeses’s® Peanut Butter Cups topped with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.

Sip on three new cocktails filled with seasonal ingredients including the Holiday Sangria made with Beso Del Sol Red Sangria and Monin Pomegranate and Blood Orange purees; Cranberry Winter Mule with Deep Eddy Cranberry Vodka, Monin Blood Orange puree, fresh lime juice and topped with ginger beer; or the Blood Orange Spritz with Square One Bergamont Vodka, Monin Blood Orange puree, fresh lemon juice and La Marca Prosecco.

About Grimaldi’s Pizzeria:
In the world of pizza, Grimaldi’s is an institution that has earned more awards than any other pizzeria in the country with more celebrity sightings than most 5-star restaurants. Using only the freshest ingredients, a “secret recipe” pizza sauce, handmade mozzarella cheese and dough, Grimaldi’s serves traditional pizza (as it began in Naples, Italy) in an upscale yet casual, family oriented pizzeria. The intense heat of the oven evenly bakes the pies to create Grimaldi’s famous crispy and smoky thin crust that Zagat has voted best pizza year after year.
